It started in a tiny café in 2023. The owner, a friend, had the best pastries in town — and 14 Google reviews. Meanwhile the mediocre chain across the street had 900. We built a rough prototype that same weekend: an NFC chip glued to a piece of black card, wired to open a Google review link.
That first weekend she got 11 new reviews. The month after: 63. A year later she outranked the chain.
